Dr. Steffen Staab, along with other local organizers are excited to invite the Web Science Community to Stuttgart, Germany for the 16th ACM Web Science Conference, WebSci 2024. The conference is set to take place from May 21-24, 2024.
The ACM Web Science Conference is an annual interdisciplinary conference focused on exploring the complex and evolving nature of the World Wide Web and its impact on society. The conference brings together researchers and industry experts from various fields, including computer science, social science, economics, and philosophy, to present and discuss their latest research and ideas related to the Web and its role in shaping the world we live in. In 2024 the focus will be on how Artificial Intelligence changes the Web.
The local organization team consists of Dr. Steffen Staab, Sierra Kaiser, Dr. Cornelia Sindermann, Dr. Thilo Hagendorff, Dr. Raphael Heiberger, and Dr. Agnieszka Falenska, and is supported by the Stuttgart Research Focus and the Interchange Forum for Reflecting on Intelligent Systems (IRIS).
