Successful Conclusion of DFG Priority Program" Intentional Forgetting"

25. Juli 2023

The DFG priority program on "Intentional Forgetting in Organisations" has reached a successful conclusion after 6 years of research. The review took place from July 11 to 13, showcasing significant findings about intentional forgetting processes within organizations supported by the DFG priority program.

One of the contributors to this research was Analytic Computing, who presented its project, COFFEE, investigating intentional forgetting in knowledge representation for mechanical engineering design. The project delved into various aspects, such as the contraction of terminological axioms, the derivation of terminological descriptions from SPARQL construct views, and embedding approaches for knowledge graphs.
